Marquees come in three types of cover material. First, you have polyethelyne, which is the cheapest of all the options available but is totally waterproof. However, it has the tendency to rustle loudly and shred quickly in high winds. Then you have the variety made from polyester. These often look good, feel like normal fabric, and are durable. The best variants have PVC coating inside that makes the outer textile hang nicely. The third and last type is vinyl. It is considered to be the most expensive of the three. It is heavy, sturdy, and completely weather-resistant. Marquees of this make are often used for commercial purposes.

Look for a product that has an ample frame. Note that anything less than 38mm tubing will easily bend or break in windy conditions. Finally, you can check on key accessories that you might like to include in your purchase. This could include wooden flooring or privacy curtains. The latter are perfect for hiding an ugly corner of your venue.
